We are very happy to announce that we will go back to our new normal business as of Monday, May 4. Our physicians will begin to rotate through all offices again and we will resume seeing all appointment types. Because there is still the concern for exposure to the virus we still have some precautions in place. If you are sick or exhibiting any symptoms that could be associated with the coronavirus we ask that you not come to the office. Pregnant patients should call the office for instructions, GYN patients are encouraged to call their family physician or the local or state health department. There are still NO VISITORS allowed at this point. We know this is very difficult on a lot of our patients, but it is a safety precaution for everyone. Our staff will be wearing masks for your protections, we ask that you wear a mask or scarf for our protection. If you do not have any type of face covering you will be asked to cover your nose and mouth with a tissue while you are in the office. We also are asking all patients to remain in the car until we have a room available for you. We encourage you to do your check in online and then to let us know when you have arrived. Our check in system now has a chat feature in which we can send you a text to let you know when we have a room available for you. Please know that you may have some longer than normal wait times as we begin seeing more patients and do thorough cleanings between each patient. We will offer some later afternoon appointments and Saturday hours if there is a need for that. We will be calling patients that we have added to our wait list first for appointments. You are welcome to call to schedule an appointment (if we had previously put you on a wait list because we cancelled your appointment, please let us know). The wait list patients will be first priority to get back on the schedule and then everyone else. This week we still have limited staff, so again, please be patient when calling in. Thank you all for being so patient and supportive of us through this ordeal. We are still all in this together and brighter days are ahead!
